About the race
BackRoads run to Port Stanley is a community, electric social run along Port Stanley Beach in Ontario. Distances range from 3.5 km to 33.6 km, with water and fueling stations and bag drops supported by volunteers. Start waves are staggered by pace, following the classic route along Colonel Talbot/Sunset Drive into Port Stanley, turning at the lift bridge to the beach.
The event is free and open to all, with optional donations to Good Neighbours Canada's Step4Water program. Finish-line arch, post-run lunch on GT's Patio, shoe try-ons from On with 7.5 km to go, and fueling by Xact Nutrition. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
