BackRoads to Port Stanley Run
The BackRoads run to Port Stanley is an annual, free community running event held at Port Stanley Beach, featuring distances from 3.5km to 33.6km. The course follows the classic route along Colonel Talbot and Sunset Drive into Port Stanley, crossing the lift bridge to the beach. The event offers a fun, social atmosphere with staggered starts to ensure a collective finish.
Participants benefit from water and fueling stations, including a Maurten aid station at 11.7km and an On running shoe demo near the finish. The run supports Good Neighbours Canada’s clean water initiatives and concludes with a social lunch at GT's Patio. Registration is required, capped at 250 runners.
