Ragnar Trail SoCal
Ragnar Trail SoCal is a team trail relay held October 23-24, 2026 at Los Coyotes Reservation in Warner Springs, CA. The event uses mountain hills, fire roads, and single-track desert trails across an alpine-desert landscape with junipers, pines, and oaks overlooking the Anza-Borrego Desert.
The full course totals 112.8 miles with 23,800 feet of total elevation gain. Average miles per runner are 14.1 and average gain per runner is 2,975 feet. The event includes a Ragnar Village at Los Coyotes Reservation with camping, a bonfire, music, yoga, prizes, and food trucks. Glamping sites and tent rentals are available.
Team formats and listed prices include Standard teams of 8 runners for $1,495 (2 days, 1 night), Ultra teams of 4 runners for $850 (2 days, 1 night), Black Loop teams of 2 runners for $425 (2 days, 1 night), and Sprint teams of 3 runners for $375 (1 day). A price increase is scheduled for June 19. Each team receives partner samples, a captain gift, team medals, and team finisher shirts.
Location details list Los Coyotes Indian Reservation at 2300 Camino San Ignacio Rd., Warner Springs, CA 92086. The site is approximately 2 hours from Downtown San Diego and 3 hours from Los Angeles. Daytime temperatures are expected in the 70s and nighttime temperatures in the 40s and possibly the 30s, so participants should plan clothing and camping gear accordingly.
