Racin' for Bacon 4 Miler and Pup Strut
Racin' for Bacon takes place on November 22, 2026 at Nomahgen Park in Cranford, New Jersey. The event includes two distances and is open to runners and walkers. The course is described as flat and fast.

The finish area features freshly cooked bacon provided by Btch'n Bacon on a Stick and More and a Racin' for Bacon finisher medal. Participants in the Pup Strut receive a bacon dog treat for their pet. T-shirts and finisher medals are guaranteed for those registered by October 31.
Registration opens February 10, 2026 and closes October 31, 2026. Posted fees are $40 for the 4 Mile race and $25 for the 1.5 Mile Pup Strut. Race fees increase by $10 per race 21 days before the event. Packet pick-up details include a pre-race location to be announced, race-day pick-up beginning at 8:30 AM, and same-day registration if spots remain.
The event will support Toys for Tots in Northern New Jersey and requests unwrapped toy donations. The event proceeds in rain, snow, or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
