Event overview
The 2026 Race the Landing New Years Day Pajama Run is on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at Charles Towne Landing, 1500 Old Towne Rd, Charleston, SC 29407. The event includes a 5K and children’s runs. The course passes river and marsh views and areas with oak trees. After the runs, soup and cornbread will be available, with Hoppin John soup or vegetable soup offered. The event will recycle shirts and awards from other races and encourages participants to wear pajamas.

- Kid's fun run - Price $15; sponsored by Fleet Feet
- Kids 5K (12 yrs and under) - Price $20; open to ages 12 and under
Registration prices increase after October 15, 2025. Packet pickup is available on race day. Awards are given in five-year age groups and five deep. There are no transfers or refunds.
