Race for the Cause 5k
Race for the Cause 5k is scheduled for May 30, 2026 at White Bank Park in Colonial Heights, Virginia. The course is described as fast and mostly flat and begins and ends at White Bank Park. The event is open to runners and walkers.

- Virtual 5K (3.1 Miles)
- 1 Mile Kids' Run
- 1/4 Mile Kids' Run
- 1 Mile Kids' Run - Virtual
Registration details vary by event. In-person 5K registration opens in October 2025 and the virtual 5K opens in November 2025; registration periods close in May 2026. The published fee for the in-person 5K is $25 and the virtual 5K fee is $25. Children's runs are listed as free. A student entry category through grade 12 is listed at $15. Short sleeved t-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received no later than May 11, 2026.
Race day registration and packet pickup are available. Teams must contain three to five people and include at least one male and one female; awards will be given to the top three teams.
