TCRR's Race for the Cause 5k : Colonial Heights, VA
TCRR's Race for the Cause 5k is held at White Bank Park in Colonial Heights, Virginia. The event uses a fast, mostly flat course that begins and ends at the park and is open to runners and walkers. Proceeds benefit the Massey Cancer Center.

Entry fees vary by event and registration date. The in-person 5k lists a standard individual fee of $25 and higher rates for registrations received after May 11. Several kids' events are offered at no charge. Short sleeved t-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received no later than May 11; shirts are not guaranteed after that date.
Teams may be entered for awards; each team must contain three to five people and include at least one male and one female.
