Race For The Birthplace 4 Miles
The Race For The Birthplace 4 Miles is an athletic event held at the David Crockett Birthplace State Park in Limestone, Tennessee. This event is owned and managed by the State of Franklin Track Club and serves as a featured race in the Tennessee Running Tour and the 2026 King-Queen Competition series.
Participants run through the park grounds, which remain open for the event with limited access. While the race does not include an age group awards ceremony, all finishers receive a medal upon crossing the finish line. Dedicated trophies are presented to the overall top male and female finishers.
The event also supports local preservation efforts through the "Friends of the Park" group. A donation station is available on-site for those who wish to contribute toward the restoration of the state park. Please note that the organizers maintain a policy of no refunds for registration.
