Worthing 10K (Race for Life)
The event takes place at Beach House Grounds, Brighton Road, Worthing BN11 2EJ on Sunday 14 June 2026. It offers multiple route options and a minimum fundraising target of £50. Entry fees are listed between £11.00 and £17.49. Age requirement: 16 and over.

The start and finish are located within Beach House Grounds, adjacent to Beach House West Car Park and Worthing Promenade. The 10k course follows Marine Parade west along the seafront towards Goring Gap on a single lap and returns to Beach House Grounds. The surface is a mixture of hardstanding and grass.
Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and support, access to the event community, and a Race for Life medal on completion. Events are chip timed.
Organisers request that participants bring a filled reusable water bottle as bottled water will not be provided. A water refill station is available about halfway around the course and a Scottish Power refill station is available at the finish. Arrival 30 to 45 minutes before the start is advised. Transport and access notes list limited nearby parking, public transport options, bike racks at Splashpoint Leisure Centre, and electric charging points nearby.
The event site is wheelchair accessible with assistance and people with visual impairments may take part with a guide. Sunflower wristbands and BSL stage content via QR code are available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
