Worthing Race for Life 10K
This Race for Life event takes place on Sunday 14 June 2026 at Beach House Grounds, Brighton Road, Worthing BN11 2EJ. It is open to people aged 16 and over and has a minimum fundraising target of £50. Entry prices shown include an adult fee of £17.49 and a children’s fee of £11.00.

The 10k follows a single lap along the seafront. The start is within Beach House Grounds adjacent to Beach House West Car Park and Worthing Promenade, the course heads west along the seafront towards Goring Gap following Marine Parade, and the finish is back in Beach House Grounds.
Facilities on site include toilets and refreshments. There will be a water refill station halfway around the course and a Scottish Power refill station at the finish; participants are asked to bring a reusable water bottle because bottled water will not be provided. The event is wheelchair accessible with assistance; the site and course use a mix of hardstanding and grass. People with visual impairments may take part with a guide.
Transport options include local bus services that stop within a short walk of the site and a train station about a 20 minute walk away. Bike racks are available at Splashpoint Leisure Centre opposite the event site.
Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and support, community access online, and a Race for Life medal on completion. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
