Worthing Race for Life 5k : Beach House Grounds
Worthing Race for Life 5k takes place at Beach House Grounds, Brighton Road, Worthing BN11 2EJ on Sunday 14 June 2026. Entry information lists an age requirement of 16 and over; a child price of £11.00 and an adult price of £15.99 are shown. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 is specified.
The course starts and finishes within Beach House Grounds adjacent to Beach House West Car Park and Worthing Promenade. The route heads west along the seafront, following Marine Parade on a single-lap 2.5 km section and returns to Beach House Grounds. Participants are asked to bring a filled reusable water bottle because no bottled water will be provided; there is a water refill station about halfway around the course and a Scottish Power refill station at the finish.
Transport and site details note limited parking adjacent to Beach House Grounds, several public car parks within roughly a 10 minute walk, and Blue Badge parking in Beach House West Car Park. Bus services stop within a short walk of the event and Worthing train station is about a 20 minute walk. Bike racks are available at Splashpoint Leisure Centre and an electric charging point is nearby.
