Race for Life Watford
Race for Life Watford takes place at Cassiobury Park in Watford. The event is open to people aged 16 and over. Entry prices listed are £17.49 for adults and £11.00 for children. There is a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.

The start and finish are on grass. The course is largely flat and includes a mixture of terrains such as tree-lined paths, grass avenues and some tarmac. Events are chip-timed. The 10k uses the same loop as the 5k run.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets, and provisions for pushchairs. Dogs are allowed. Bag drop, showers and on-site parking are not available. The route is described as wheelchair accessible with assistance because of a grass uphill section, uneven surfaces with tree roots and narrow paths; assistance may be required.
The meeting point is at the top of the slope next to the Cassiobury Park car park by the Lebanon Tree. There is no parking at the park on event day; Watford Underground station is approximately a 5 minute walk and Watford Junction is about a 25 minute walk. Bike racks are available near the Daisy cafe and by The Cha Cafe.
