The start and finish are on grass. The course follows mixed terrain and includes some inclines and declines around the park. The meeting point is alongside the lake, between the cafe and the boat hire building. The event lists the what3words location ///square.cable.units for the start.
General event parking is not available because the Pembury Road car park will be closed. A free Park and Ride service runs from the town hall. Blue Badge parking is available in the Pembury Road car park on arrival by speaking with the steward. Bus services include Arriva route 6 and route 277; Tunbridge Wells train station is a short taxi ride or about a 25-minute walk to the park. There are no bike racks.
Facilities listed as available include refreshments and toilets. Dogs are allowed. There is no bag drop, no showers, and the route is not suitable for pushchairs. The event has been classified as unsuitable for wheelchair users due to grassy terrain. Sunflower wristbands, dementia-aware event staff, and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content are available on site.
Entry prices are shown from £11.00 to £15.99 and a minimum fundraising target of £50. Participants are provided with a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support and plans, access to the event community, and a Race for Life medal on finishing.
