Dundee Pretty Muddy 5k, Camperdown Park
The event is a 5 km Pretty Muddy obstacle course held at Camperdown Park, Coupar Angus Road, Dundee DD2 4TF. The course starts and finishes on grass and runs over a mix of grass, roads and woodland paths with a couple of small inclines. The published course map is subject to change.
Participants tackle a sequence of obstacles that involve climbing, crawling and sliding. Waves start at 15 minute intervals to manage numbers on the course. Participants must be at least 13 years old; separate Pretty Muddy Kids events are available for children aged 12 and under. Those with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before participating.
The event is organised by Cancer Research UK. Entry fees are listed as £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00. A promotional code offers 30% off entries for a limited period as stated by the organiser.
Onsite facilities include refreshments, toilets and event parking. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs are not recommended. Accessibility provisions include sunflower wristbands, Event Managers trained as Dementia Friends and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content.
