Kingston and Kempton Park 10k
The event takes place on Saturday 04 July 2026 at Kempton Park Racecourse, Staines Road East, Sunbury-on-Thames TW16 5AQ. It is open to participants aged 16 and over. The main course for the 10k is a double lap on tarmac and is flat throughout. The start and finish areas use a mixture of grass and hardstanding. Small sections cross the racetrack and may be slightly uneven.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets, parking, and bike racks. The venue has free general event parking, a designated drop off point and blue badge parking bays in the main car park. The nearest train station is Kempton Park located in the venue car park. Local bus services stop on Staines Road East including routes 290 and 235. Electric vehicle charging is available nearby at the BP Pulse station about 0.2 miles away.
The event is wheelchair accessible with assistance and the majority of the course is on hardstanding. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee and a QR code on site will provide British Sign Language content for the stage. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and a Race for Life medal on completion. The event raises funds for cancer research.
