Kingston and Kempton Park 10k
The event takes place at Kempton Park Racecourse in Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 5AQ. Distances available include:
- 10k - double lap on tarmac, includes race track and grass
- 5k
- 3k
The start and finish are on a mixture of grass and hardstanding. The 10k course is flat and run as a double lap on tarmac, with small sections over the racetrack that create slightly uneven ground. The route includes tarmac, grass and race track surfaces and the 3k split point may experience congestion. In wet weather grass and race track areas can become muddy or slippery.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets, bag drop and showers. The event is described as wheelchair accessible with assistance and is suitable for pushchairs. Parking is available in the main car park, with designated Blue Badge bays approximately 0.3 miles from the event site on grass; there is also volunteer parking and a drop-off point by the main entrance. The nearest train station is Kempton Park, located in the venue car park; local buses stop nearby and bike racks are provided.
Entry pricing listed includes Earlybird rates of £8.74 for those aged 16 and over and £5.50 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 is stated.
