The Riverside Marathon & Half Marathon is organised by Phoenix Running and takes place on Saturday 28 November 2026 at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2JG. The route is UKA certified and described as accurately measured. Entry fees are listed as £31.50 (Affiliated) and £33.50 (UnAffiliated). Places are strictly limited. The event is offered as both attended and virtual; all participants receive a giveaway medal or memento.
Course and rules
The course runs along the River Thames from Walton on Thames towards Hampton Court and back, using a riverside towpath. The terrain is off-road trail with no elevation gain or loss, so the overall course is flat. Runners complete laps of the same circuit to cover the advertised distances.
