Regent's Park 5k & 10k - 28 November 2026
RunThrough will hold a 5 km and 10 km event in Regent's Park in north-west London on 28 November 2026. The course lies within one of London's Royal Parks and passes near ZSL London Zoo, where runners may see animals from the route.
The course is described as flat and each kilometre is marked with distance flags. Friendly marshals will guide and cheer on the route and the event uses chip timing for official results.

- 10 km - 2 laps around the course
Entry includes a unique themed medal, free race photos and post race goodies. There will be an event village with food and drink options and free items from partner stands. An event t-shirt is available at a discount when purchased as part of entry; the shirt carries the event logo and is provided via partner RT Kit as an optional purchase to help manage event costs.
