The event is for people aged 16 and over. A standard entry fee is listed at £15.99 and the minimum fundraising target is £50.00. The start and finish are on grass on the park's most southernly field adjacent to the pond. The course runs on paths and grass and is predominantly flat while incorporating some small inclines and declines.
The venue notes there is no designated event parking, and attendees should use town centre car parks. Blue Badge parking is available in Jubilee or Pavilions car parks. Horsham Station is the nearest train station and is a short walk from the park. Local bus services stop near Blunts Way and Horsham Station. There are no cycling bike racks at this event.
Available on site are refreshments and toilets. Dogs are allowed and the event is suitable for pushchairs. The course is accessible for wheelchair users with assistance. Sunflower wristbands and trained Event Managers are available for additional support. A QR code will provide British Sign Language stage content where needed.
