The course is entirely on grass within National Trust grounds and includes inclines. The start and finish areas are on the same grass field. The 10k route is a double lap of the 5k course. A course map will be published closer to the event.
Travel and site details note that the meeting point is a short walk from the A4010. Saunderton train station and several buses along the A4010 are about a 10 minute walk from the venue. On-site car parking is available and manned by stewards; blue badge parking is provided close to the site. Organisers request that vehicles are not parked on roads surrounding the event site. There are no electric charging points or bike racks.
Facilities include refreshments, toilets and on-site parking. The terrain means the event is not suitable for wheelchair users. Sunflower wristbands, BSL stage content via QR code and trained Event Managers are available.
