The event is a duathlon held at Dorney Lake, Windsor, on a flat, scenic site used as an Olympic venue. The course is described as a flat bike and run route with distance flags and marshals to guide participants. The event is chip-timed and provides distance marking for each discipline.
There are individual and relay options; relay teams may consist of two or three individuals who share the disciplines. The event village includes food and drink options, marshals, and partner freebies at the finish area. Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, and post-race goodies.

- Super Sprint - 2.5 km run, 9.5 km bike (2 laps), 2.5 km run, elevation 20 m, road
- Sprint - 5 km run, 19 km bike (4 laps), 2.5 km run, elevation 40 m, road
- Standard - 10 km run, 38 km bike (8 laps), 5 km run, elevation 80 m, road
