Race for Life Bournemouth 10k and 5k
Race for Life Bournemouth takes place on Sunday 14 June 2026 on the seafront at Pier Approach, Bournemouth, BH1 2EZ. The event is for people aged 16 and over. Listed entry prices are £17.49 for those aged 16 and over and £11.00 for children. The minimum fundraising target is £50.00. A May sale offers 30 percent off entry with code FLASH30 until 24 May 2026.

The start and finish are on hardstanding in front of the Seafront offices by Pier Approach. The course follows tarmac paths along the seafront towards Boscombe Pier. The 10k route leaves the 5k route, continues along Boscombe promenade and turns around after 5k to return to Pier Approach. The course is subject to change. Events are chip timed.
Facilities listed as available include refreshments and toilets. Dogs are allowed and the site is suitable for pushchairs. A bag drop, showers and on site parking are not available. No bike racks are provided. General event parking is via city centre car parks and public transport is recommended. Drop off is possible behind the Oceanarium near the BIC. Blue badge parking is available at Bath Road North and Bath Road South.
The route is on flat tarmac roads and paths and is described as suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs with assistance. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee. Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends and a QR code will provide British Sign Language stage content.
