Race for Glory 5K Fun Run & 1-Mile Walk - Medina, OH
Race for Glory takes place on August 29, 2026, at Buckeye Woods Park in Medina, Ohio. The event includes a 5K run and a one-mile walk and is presented by a race board together with several local organizations including The Society, Medina County Special Olympics, Integrated Community Solutions and a Knights of Columbus council.

Participants may register online or by mail using a paper registration form. Registration opens February 7, 2026 and closes August 21, 2026. Registration fees listed are $25.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the one-mile walk. Both events are professionally chip-timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown. Awards are presented to the top male and female overall in the 5K and to the top three male and female finishers in these age categories: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up.
