About the race
Selfless Elf 5k is the 13th annual charity running/walking event in Akron, Ohio, staged at the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank’s Main Campus (350 Opportunity Parkway). The event features a 5k Run/Walk and a 5k Competitive Walk to support hunger relief. Festive attire is encouraged, and the atmosphere is family-friendly and elf-themed.
New this year: team registration with a fastest four-person-or-larger team award. Runners and walkers are chip-timed with different bib colors. Each participant gets a long-sleeve shirt and striped elf socks; the event is dog-free.
