About the race
Outrun Colon Cancer is a community running event held at Upper Saucon Township Community Park in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. The event includes a timed 5K run and a separate 1 mile walk, with on-site results and a finish line clock. Registration opens September 3, 2026. The 5K entry is $30 if postmarked by October 7, 2026 and includes a guaranteed T-shirt; later registrations and day-of entries are $35 and shirts are available while supplies last.
The 1 mile walk entry is $30; T-shirts are not guaranteed for walk registrants but may be purchased on race day while supplies last for $35. Perks include a finish line clock and results board, instant results posted online, refreshments, and one free raffle ticket with the option to purchase additional tickets. The event is held rain or shine. There are no refunds, and shirts or awards will not be mailed. Awards are given to the overall top male and female and to the top three male and female finishers across several age divisions, including 0-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-67, 68-74, and 75 plus.
