Packet pickup and race-day registration take place at Fleet Feet Maine Running, 309 Marginal Way, Portland. The start line is located at 84 Baxter Boulevard. Packet pickup is located 0.4 miles from the finish and 0.9 miles from the start; maps will be provided and driving time between locations is stated as under five minutes.

- Wicked Early Bird pre-registration: $26 (by January 8)
- Early bird pre-entry: $29 (by April 1)
- $34 thereafter; $39 on race day
T-shirts are provided to entrants as available by May 26. Awards include cash prizes to overall winners, pint-glass awards for top overall and age-group finishers (age groups from 14 and under through 80+), and team awards for first running club, corporate, and open teams of four or more. Dogs are allowed if they behave and participants yield at the front of the start. The event has a no-refund policy; if the race cannot be held, organizers may reschedule or convert it to a virtual event. Course records stand at 17:04 (male, 2012) and 18:35 (female, 2022).
