BOFRA - Reeth Show
The Reeth Show fell race takes place on Monday 31st August 2026 near Reeth on the B6270 between Richmond and Kirkby Stephen, DL11 6AR. Grid reference 43991 and What Three Words location ///hopefully.ahead.glides are given for the event location.
The course is about 2.00 miles (3.20 km) with roughly 700 feet (220 meters) of climb and counts as a BOFRA Championship counter. The route starts up fields, follows a narrow track through bracken, crosses a road and climbs the rough fellside to Fremington Edge where the summit is usually marked with a flag. The outward section is followed by a short ridge, then a descent through old quarry workings back to the road and a final run across fields into the showfield with a circuit of the ring to finish.
Age categories cover Under 9, Under 12, Under 14, Under 17 and Seniors. The show added an Under 9 race from 2024. A race map and race profile are noted as not available on the race page. Past results and race reports are listed for many years, including 2025 and earlier editions, and the event is organised under BOFRA rules.
