About the race
Saturn Running's GNR & Time Turner 2025 in Durham is a flexible 7-hour time challenge event held along a scenic trail by the River Wear, offering views of Durham Cathedral. Located at Durham Amateur Rowing Club, the course features a fully signed loop of approximately 4.37 miles (7km), with shorter turn points for younger runners. Participants can run as many laps as they wish, with distances ranging from 3km to ultra-marathon lengths, including half marathon, marathon, and 50km options.
The event welcomes all abilities, including walkers, and provides themed medals, distance pins, goody bags (including vegan options), and well-stocked aid stations.
