Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5k & 10k - July 2027
The event is a chip timed running event held on Saturday 17 July 2027 at Olympic North Park in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London. It includes two distances:
- 5 km - 2 laps, tarmac, elevation 3 m
- 10 km - 4 laps, tarmac, elevation 3 m
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the course to guide and assist participants. Water is provided on each lap and at the finish.
The park remains open to the public during the event, so runners are asked to be aware of other park users. Organisers strongly recommend using public transport; paid parking is available at Westfield Stratford City and cycle parking is provided within the park. The nearest rail and tube stations include Stratford, Stratford International, Hackney Wick, Pudding Mill and Leyton, with step-free access available at some stations.
The event supports Special Olympics Great Britain. The course surface is tarmac and the event village offers food, drink and free post-race goodies. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
