Ricky Road Run 2026
The Ricky Road Run is a 10-mile road race held in Chorleywood on 18 October 2026. The route forms a large figure of eight, starting and finishing on Shepherds Lane under the M25 Bridge and passing through Chorleywood, Chalfont and Rickmansworth. The route is fully marked and there are some road closures in place.
The event requires participants to be at least 17 years old on the day. Race numbers must be collected on the day and will not be posted. Results are chip timed and published live; individual competitors receive their result by SMS and email.
Entry fees differ by affiliation and whether entry is advanced or on the day: Club Runner (UK Athletics affiliated) advance £28 and on the day £30; Non Club Runner advance £30 and on the day £32. Parking at Chorleywood Working Men’s Club is extremely limited; the nearest train station is Chorleywood and public transport or walking is advised.
Provided on event day are marshals, water stations at four points on the course, first aid, a bag drop, portable toilets, race prizes, a finishers t-shirt and a medal.
