Queen City Half Marathon : Marquette, Michigan
The Queen City event in Marquette, Michigan takes place on July 25, 2026. The program includes two distances:

- Breakwater 5K
The races start and finish in downtown Marquette. The half marathon has a time limit of 3 hours 30 minutes. Entry is limited by a strict cap of 906 runners.
Race details and event services
The course runs through local neighborhoods and along Lake Superior and is described as fast and scenic. Results are chip timed. Organizers plan 4-5 aid stations along the course. A post-race party zone is planned, with music and food trucks mentioned as possible additions. Packet pickup will be held in person on the day before the race at Queen City Running Company; race-day packet pickup will be available but race-day registration will not be offered. Registered participants receive event shirts, half medals for the half marathon, goody bags, and a rose for each half marathon finisher. The event lists JJ Packs as its charity.
