Quarry Turkey at Quarry Lakes Regional Park
Quarry Turkey is a Thanksgiving weekend running event held on November 28, 2026 at Quarry Lakes Regional Park in Fremont. The event offers a variety of course distances on the park trails, with the half marathon described as mostly flat and fast.

The Little Turkeys Race is free for children who are brought with race participants. Walkers are welcome and Thanksgiving themed costumes for children and adults are encouraged. Organizers provide results and free event photos.
The event supports the Alameda County Community Food Bank. Participants are encouraged to bring at least one canned good on race morning; cash donations can be made during registration and donation bins will be available on race day.
