Quarry Turkey is a Thanksgiving weekend running event held on November 29, 2025, at Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area in Fremont, California. The event uses the park trails and features a mostly-flat half marathon course. It is presented as family-friendly; walkers are welcome and Thanksgiving-themed costumes are encouraged for adults and children. The event supports the Alameda County Community Food Bank and asks participants to bring at least one canned good on race morning. Cash donations are accepted during registration and donation bins will be available on race day.
