Quail Valley Charities 5K Walk/Run : Overview
The event takes place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Quail Valley River Club, 2341 Highway A1A, Vero Beach, FL 32963. It features two distances:
- 5K
- 1-Mile Fun Run (for participants 14 and under)
Quail Valley Charities is a 501(c)(3). Since 2001 it has funded selected non-profit organizations and programs in Indian River County that focus on children and education. Race management and timing services are provided by Running Zone Race Management, Inc.
Race services, entry and awards
Registration is complimentary with donations encouraged; day-of entry is $20. Early packet pickup and registration is scheduled the day before at the Quail Valley River Club. Late registration and packet pickup are available on race day until close of registration for each event; arriving after those cutoffs will make a participant ineligible to receive a race bib.
Race amenities include T-shirts for the first 200 runners, food and beverages, a kids zone with face painting, balloon twisting and bounce houses, and course maps for both distances. Awards are given for overall top male and female and age-group places for both events. The 5K also recognizes team awards for the top three fastest teams and the largest team.
