QD50: Duel at the Creek
QD50 is a 50k event based at the Creekside Center in Beckley Creek Park, Louisville, KY. The course uses an 8-mile loop completed four times to cover the 50k distance. The route combines technical, root-heavy single-track with faster paved stretches.
The format features two lead competitors who run the loop in opposite directions and meet on the trail every few miles to show relative position. Participants align with one of two teams; they may run a single 8-mile lap to act as a pacer for their team or complete the full 50k across four laps to contribute to the team result.
The Creekside Center serves as the event hub with music and a central gear drop. Registration opens May 2, 2026 and closes June 28, 2026. The registration fee is $5.00.
