Event Overview
The Pumpkin Pacer is a 5k trail event for running, walking, or hiking. The course goes through Wrentham conservation land and the property of White Barn Farm. It is the final race of the Farm to Trail 5K Series. The event supports the farm's mission to preserve open land and local food security.
Course Details
The event is an off-road trail race. The terrain includes dirt or gravel paths, rocks, roots, and changes in elevation. The course is clearly marked and has marshals stationed along it. A water station is located near the halfway point. Participants must bring their own water carriers as it is a cup-less race. Strollers are not suitable for the course.
Logistics
Registered participants can pick up their bib in advance at White Barn Farm on the Friday before the race. On the day of the event, check-in opens at 8:00 AM. Same-day registration is available until 8:40 AM, with a higher fee. Parking is available, with a satellite lot approximately a 3-minute walk (0.2 miles) from the farm at 513 South Street.
