Pulze Festival Enniscorthy 5k

The Pulze Festival Enniscorthy 5K is a two-lap road event through Enniscorthy town. The course includes an uphill section through Market Square and up towards Parnell Road, followed by a downhill stretch on Parnell Road. Each lap returns past the 1798 Centre onto St. John’s Road and back to the Promenade, with the finish of each lap visible from that section.

The route covers a total distance of 5K and allows participants to walk, jog, or run at their own pace. Costumes are welcome, and the event features costume prizes, spot prizes along the route, and other giveaways. The event is presented with a family-friendly atmosphere and is part of the wider Pulze Festival, which includes food, live music, and entertainment after the run.
