Pulze Festival Enniscorthy

Pulze Festival is a two day community event in Enniscorthy on June 13 and 14, 2026, combining sport, music, food, family attractions, and mental health activities. The event centres on the Pulze Run, a 10K course that loops through the town so friends and family can watch along the route. Alongside the main race there is a fun run and multiple children’s races.

Music and performance appear throughout the town with live street music and regional performers in streets and squares. A carnival zone offers rides, games, and family attractions. A street food trail along the promenade and up to Market Square gathers food carts and stalls in a central food zone by the Slaney.

Across Enniscorthy, sports zones and team events provide opportunities to see local clubs and try different activities, including football, rugby, and kayaking. Each evening concludes with the River Slaney Lantern Memorial Parade, a ceremony where dedicated lanterns are placed on the river as a moment of reflection and remembrance.

The Verida Project is described as a not-for-profit initiative focused on mental health research and outreach across ages, combining research with programs that use arts, sport, outdoor activity, and cultural work to support wellbeing.
