Pulse Endurance Runs is a timed ultrarunning event held at Eagle Island State Park in Eagle, Idaho. The course is a flat dirt loop of about 2.5 miles that runs along the Boise River and borders Eagle Island pond. Organizers describe a mix of terrains on the loop to vary each lap.

Race formats include both fixed-time events and a fixed-distance option. Relay teams may include up to five runners. Parking is available adjacent to the course, with a designated area for campers and RVs and special permission for overnight camping. A warming tent is provided; organizers request advance notice to ensure space. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the event at a local running store and at the park under the shelter.
