PTC Triathlon and Duathlon
Panthers Triathlon Club stages triathlon and duathlon races at the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith on 26 April 2026. The venue address is Castlereagh Road, Penrith NSW 2750. The swim leg takes place in the freshwater lake, the bike leg follows the cycle path that is closed to the public, and the run occurs on the northern grandstand side of the regatta centre.
The event offers multiple race formats and age categories. Distances include:
- Triathlon Sprint 14+ years: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
- Aquabike 14+ years: 750m swim, 20km bike
- Triathlon Enticer 12+ years: 250m swim, 10km bike, 2km run
- Triathlon Junior 10-15 years: 100m swim, 5km bike, 1km run
- Triathlon Sub Junior 7-10 years: 100m swim, 2km bike, 500m run
- Triathlon Mini Micro under 7 years: 50m swim, 1km bike, 100m run
- Duathlon Sprint 14+ years: 2.5km run, 20km bike, 5km run
- Duathlon Enticer 12+ years: 2km run, 10km bike, 2km run
- Duathlon Junior 10-15 years: 1km run, 5km bike, 1km run
- Duathlon Sub Junior and Mini Micro categories for younger ages
Entry categories distinguish PTC members, Aus Triathlon members, and non-members; Aus Triathlon membership will be checked prior to the event. Some junior and mini races are listed as free while other categories carry an entry fee; some non-member entries include a one day licence fee. Course maps are available from the organiser.
