Winky Providence Monster Dash 5K
The Winky Providence Monster Dash 5K is a Halloween-themed running event held in Downtown Providence, Rhode Island on October 25, 2026. The event features in-person and virtual options and includes a short kids dash for children 12 and under; parents may run with their children. The event includes a costume contest with cash prizes: $100 for the top individual costume and $200 for the top team costume (team entries require a minimum of three people). Registration fees are tiered by date; example tiers for the 5K and Kids Run are provided with increasing fees closer to the event and higher walk up pricing on race day. Online registration for some categories has a specified closing time before the event.
Packet pickup is scheduled at Marathon Sports at 1 Providence Place on the days prior to the race, and walk up registrations are accepted on the weekend of the event. No pets are allowed and strollers must start near the back for safety. Entry fees are nonrefundable.
