Promise Land 50K
Promise Land is a 50K trail race held in Bedford, Virginia on April 25, 2026. The start and finish are at the Promise Land Youth Camp, located between Bedford and Big Island off Highway 122 at 1945 Wheats Valley Rd. The page notes the event took place on that date.
The course support includes five distinct aid stations. Two of those aid stations, Cornelius Creek Trail Junction and Sunset Fields, are passed twice, making aid available at seven points along the route. Aid offerings include a replacement drink, soda, water, and a variety of food items.
The event page states there will be no transfer or refund of entry fees. Results for the event are recorded across multiple years, with archived results listed for years from 2001 through 2026. The race is organized by Extreme Ultrarunning and is listed on UltraSignup with a mapped start/finish location and driving directions from nearby intersections on Highway 122.
Information on top performances and past results is available for many editions of the race. The event listing provides practical details about location, aid station setup, and the organizer rather than descriptive claims about difficulty or participant experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
