Promise Land 50K++

The Promise Land 50K++ is held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Promise Land Youth Camp between Bedford and Big Island, Virginia. It is the third race in the Lynchburg Ultra Series and the Blue Ridge Trail Series.

The course offers a variety of surfaces, including grassy soft roads and downhill single track. The total elevation gain and loss is 7,400 feet.

There will be five separate aid stations along the route. Two of these stations, Cornelius Creek Trail Junction and Sunset Fields, are passed twice, making aid available at seven points. Aid includes a replacement drink, soda, water, and a variety of food items.

Awards are presented to all finishers who complete the race in under 10 hours.
