Event

The SML Turkey Trot is scheduled for Thursday, November 26, 2026 at Smith Mountain Lake State Park. The event includes the following distances:

The course is on an asphalt route described as scenic. The race is hosted by LAT Wellness Studio. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers and for a "best dressed turkey family." A portion of the event proceeds is donated to the state park. Children are encouraged to participate.
