Priory 10k
The Priory 10K is a scenic midsummer evening race held at Nostell Priory and Parkland near Wakefield. The 10-kilometre course features two laps through the beautiful grounds of this Georgian National Trust property, including landscaped gardens, lakeside paths, and meadowland. The multi-terrain, undulating route combines tarmac, well-surfaced paths, and a grass track section, offering a varied running experience.
The start and finish are located in front of the historic house, with excellent spectator opportunities as runners pass by three times near the Stables block, which also serves as race HQ. Facilities include water stations, toilets, baggage storage, and on-site parking. The event is chip timed, and all finishers receive a commemorative memento.
