Pride of the Patriots 5K
The Pride of the Patriots 5K is scheduled for August 22, 2026, at Bill Fredrick Park at Turkey Lake in Orlando, Florida. The event is the fourth annual edition and benefits the Freedom High School Pride of the Patriots Marching Band. The marching band is described as having more than 200 participants and is one of the largest in Central Florida.
The event offers both in-person and virtual options. All participants, including virtual entrants, receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal. Registration opens on February 17, 2026; in-person registration closes August 15, 2026 and virtual registration closes August 21, 2026. The listed registration fee for each category is $35.00.
Race logistics note that specific parking and the exact start location inside the park will be provided at a later date. The event is described as a fun run with official scoring and recorded results for the top three men and the top three women only. A finish line clock will display participant times as they cross the line.
