Powhatan Pursuit at Powhatan State Park
This event on November 1 offers timed races at Powhatan State Park in Powhatan, VA (4616 Powhatan State Park Rd). Points from these races count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k, Endurance, and Back of the Pack series, and toward the Fall Series. A virtual run option is also available.

Courses run partly on paved surfaces and partly on trail, with rolling hills. The 5k is one loop; the 10k is two loops; the half is two loops of the shown route. Water stations are provided along each course: nine stations on the half with approximate mile markers listed by the organizer, three on the 10k, and one on the 5k. Gatorade is available at some stations. Restrooms are onsite.
Runners receive a finisher medal, a technical Drifit event shirt, and chip timing. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for entrants registered before October 21; extra shirts are limited after that date. Registration fees vary by distance and increase after October 15, with an additional fee on race morning. Packet pickup is available at the event; race day registration is offered but shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for late registrants.
Live results are posted online and via a race-day QR code; final results with series points appear on the Monday after the race. Awards are given to top finishers overall and by age group.
