The RRRC First Day event takes place on January 1, 2026 in Midlothian, VA at ACAC - Midlothian, 11621 Robious Road. The event program includes in-person and virtual options and a separate kids run.

Details and policies
Registration prices listed for the in-person 5K and virtual 5K are $25 (previous price shown as $30). The One Mile price is $20 and the Kids Run price is $5. Price increases after December 14, 2025. RRRC members receive a $5 discount; the virtual entry is listed as free for RRRC members.
In-person entries are chip-timed. Registered participants are offered post-race snacks and RRRC running socks for the first 300 registered participants. In-person awards are planned for overall, masters, grand masters, and age groups. The 5K has a two hour time limit. The minimum age for the 5K is 5 years old on or before race day. Strollers are allowed but are asked to start at the back.
Pre-race bib pick-up is available at Lucky Road Run Shop (Willow Lawn) on December 30. The organizers state that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; entries cannot be deferred and transfers follow the event wait-list policy.
