2nd Annual Power of Sports 5K + Wellness Social
The event takes place on October 25, 2026 at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. It comprises an in-person 5K race and a virtual 5K participation option. Registration opens September 20, 2026 and closes October 25, 2026. The standard registration fee is $40.00.
In-person participants receive an official race bib, a timing chip, a finisher medal, and access to the post-race Wellness Social. Packet pick-up dates are to be announced. The Wellness Social includes healthy food trucks, cold plunges, saunas, wellness providers, recovery stations, and on-site activities such as interaction with therapy animals; wellness providers and vendors offer free services during the social portion.
The virtual ticket provides virtual participation recognition and the option to receive a mailed finisher medal; participants log their run or walk remotely. Proceeds benefit Bigger Than Sports, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved student-athletes through mentorship, education, and resources to thrive beyond the game.
