Possum Trot 10K Race and Wildlife Run : Roswell, GA

The 48th Annual Possum Trot 10K and Fun Run takes place at the Chattahoochee Nature Center in Roswell, Georgia on Saturday, June 20, 2026. The event offers both in-person and virtual registration options and includes a ghost-runner option where the participant receives a mailed T-shirt.

The race supports the Chattahoochee Nature Center’s environmental education programs focused on the Chattahoochee River and its watershed and also benefits the center’s wildlife rehabilitation efforts. The in-person 10K is listed as a Peachtree Road Race qualifier. The event is organized as rain or shine.

Registration details and participant benefits are provided for registrants. In-person 10K runners receive a race T-shirt and a die-cast finisher medal; placement pins are awarded to top finishers and free race photos are available. All in-person participants receive free admission to the Chattahoochee Nature Center on race day. Team entries are permitted with a minimum team size requirement.

Practical notes include limited parking at the Nature Center and additional free parking at St. Francis Day School, which requires a one-mile walk to the venue. The 1-mile Fun Run does not offer chip timing.
