Popsicle 5K/10K/Half - Lakeland (August 29, 2026)
The event offers three distances on the same race day in Lakeland, Florida, gathering at Southern Landing. Distances include:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
Finishers receive an ice-cold popsicle at the finish and a custom popsicle-themed finisher medal. Awards will be presented for the top three male and female finishers in standard five-year age groups beginning with 10 & Under. Results are recorded by net chip time.
The course is an out-and-back format. Self-serve water stations are provided approximately every 1.5 miles. Participants must maintain at least a 16 minute per mile pace. A virtual option is available for those not attending in person; virtual entrants can submit results online and remain eligible for awards.
Registration has tiered pricing with regular, late, and race-day rates. Regular registration ends August 22 and virtual race registration is listed with the regular fee. Participants registered by August 5 (except no-shirt entries) are guaranteed race swag in their selected size; after that date swag is available while supplies last.
