About the race
Pomona 100 is an ultramarathon event based in Chepstow, UK, organised by Pegasus Ultra Running & Stable Adventures. The route is a loop that starts and finishes in Chepstow and travels through the ancient borderlands of Offa's Dyke, over the Malvern Hills and into the Forest of Dean. The full course includes 10,000 ft of climbing and a mix of woodland trails and open viewpoints.
The event offers two distance options and a generous overall time limit of 50 hours to complete the main 100-mile challenge. Indoor checkpoints are located at roughly ten-mile intervals and provide toilets, shelter, food and drink. Participants can also use a drop bag facility and a designated sleep station during the event.
Included with entry are an event medal and a Pomona 100 belt buckle, live tracking, emergency medical cover, well-stocked checkpoints and GPS/GPX files of the route. Participants must be aged 18 or over on race day. Entry prices for 2027 are shown in the event information.
