7th Annual Bartlett Police Week 5K & Obstacle Course
The Bartlett Police Charitable Foundation hosts this multi-discipline event at the Bartlett First Responders Monument. This gathering serves as a fundraiser for Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), an organization that provides support to the families of fallen officers. Participants have the option to select the name of a fallen officer to run or walk in honor of during their event.
The event offers several participation options:
- 5K
- Obstacle Course
- 5K + Obstacle Course
- Kids Obstacle Course
- Hero Run (Reserved for Police, Fire, and Military personnel)
The 5K is a run or walk event open to all ages, and families are permitted to bring dogs. Participants who finish the 5K receive a medal and a t-shirt. Prizes are awarded to the top finishers in this category. The Obstacle Course and the 5K + Obstacle Course combination are restricted to participants aged 18 to 99. A dedicated Kids Obstacle Course is also available for younger attendees.
The event takes place rain or shine. On-site amenities include various food and beer vendors, as well as a drawing for door prizes. Packet pickup is available both before the event and on the morning of the races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
