Event
Polar Rush is a winter obstacle run held at Albion Hills in Caledon. The event takes place on February 28, 2026.
Course and Obstacles
The course is 5–6 km long. It features over 14 obstacles. Obstacles include wall climbs, crazy carpets, a disc run, snow crawls, and a new addition for 2026: the Snowball Gauntlet.
Included with Registration
Participants receive a race bib, a Polar Rush buff, and a custom metal finisher medal. A free hot beverage (hot chocolate or coffee) is provided at the finish. Free craft beer is included for participants aged 19 and over. An automatic $20 discount is applied for youth registrants aged 18 and under. A 10% group discount is available for registrations of 10 or more people made at the same time.
On-Site Amenities
A fully stocked aid station with hydration and candy is available on the course. After the run, there is a bonfire afterparty. Food trucks and craft beer are available for purchase. The event features costume waves with prizes for the best costumes. Parking is available on-site, with a 200–800 meter walk from the car to the event area.
Practical Information
The event is open to participants aged 7 and up. Trail running shoes or light boots and wicking, cold-weather athletic wear are recommended. Dogs are not permitted on the property. An unorganized bag drop area is provided. Spectators are welcome but must pay a park fee of approximately $7.50. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
