Event details
The PoHo Hot Cocoa event takes place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Port Huron, Michigan. It is an in-person race day hosted at the Wrigley Center area, 318 Grand River Ave, Port Huron. The event offers the following race distances:
- 10 Mile
- 10K
- 5K
- Kid's Mile
Entry fees listed are $50 for the 10 Mile, 10K, and 5K, and $30 for the Kid's Mile. Proceeds from the event will go to local cross country programs. Farm Bureau is named as the main sponsor for this edition.
Race logistics and amenities
All races start and finish at the Wrigley Center area. Race day packet pickup and an earlier packet pickup day are provided at Wrigley Center (dates are announced). Finishers receive a finisher medal; registrants for the 10 Mile, 10K, and 5K receive a fleece full-zip jacket with men’s and women’s sizing options. Youth participants in the Kid's Mile receive a long sleeve t-shirt. Age-group awards are given in five-year categories. Eastside Timing will provide live results. A chocolate after party will be held in the Wrigley Center area, with live music by the band Bandwagon and on-site parking near the venue.
