Chili Heart 5K Run and Chili Cook Off

Registered runners and walkers receive a t shirt and a participatory medal. Virtual participants and donors are listed as eligible to pick up a t shirt and medal in advance. Competitors in the chili cook off are asked to bring a large crock pot or equivalent and a serving spoon; small tasting cups and utensils are provided. Cook off attendees may taste chili and vote for favorites. The organizer notes that attendees and competitors assume responsibility for health risks related to consuming chili.
