Details

This is the 10th annual edition of the Friendsgiving Tyler Kreilter Memorial Run. It takes place on Thanksgiving morning in Marine City, Michigan. The start and finish area is in downtown Marine City, near the beach, at 102 Pearl St (Mariner Park Pavilion by Marine City Beach).

All proceeds from the event go to the Tyler Kreilter Memorial Fund, which provides scholarships and support for runners in the Blue Water area.

Registration

Registration for the in-person 5K and 1 Mile events costs $25. The registration price increases after October 3, 2026. For the Virtual 5K/1 Mile, registration costs $30 and ends on November 26, 2026.

Registrations placed by Monday, November 17, 2026, include a free long-sleeved T-shirt. Shirts can be ordered separately for delivery in early December after that date.

Perks

All participants receive a custom finisher medal. Awards are given in 5-year age groups for the top male and female finishers in each group, and there are top finisher prizes for the overall male and female winners. Prize drawings are held, and all participants and volunteers are eligible. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
