Friendsgiving 5K & 1-Mile: Tyler Kreilter Memorial Run
This event is the 10th annual Friendsgiving Tyler Kreilter Memorial Run held over Thanksgiving weekend in Marine City, Michigan. The start and finish are in downtown Marine City near the beach at Mariner Park Pavilion, 102 Pearl St. All proceeds go to the Tyler Kreilter Memorial Fund, which provides scholarships and other support for Blue Water area runners.

- 1 Mile
- Virtual 5K/1 Mile (remote participation)
Awards and event features include custom finisher medals, five-year age group prizes for top male and female in each age group, top finisher prizes for top male and female, and prize drawings open to all participants and volunteers. Virtual participants are not eligible for overall or age group awards.
Registration details differ by entry type. In-person race registration opens 2026-01-01 and closes 2026-10-03 with a listed fee of $25.00 for the in-person distances. Virtual registration opens 2026-01-01 and closes 2026-11-26 with a listed fee of $30.00. Registrations placed by Monday, November 17 include a free long-sleeved T-shirt; shirts can be ordered separately after that date for delivery in early December.
