Friendsgiving 5K and 1-Mile Memorial Run
This event is a Thanksgiving weekend running program held in Marine City, Michigan, with in-person and virtual options. In-person activity takes place in downtown Marine City near the beach at 102 Pearl St, Mariner Park Pavillion by Marine City Beach, Marine City, MI 48039, US. A virtual option runs over the same weekend.

Registration details differ by entry type. Registration opens January 1, 2026. In-person registration closes October 3, 2026. Virtual registration closes November 26, 2026. Fees listed are $25.00 for in-person 5K and 1 Mile entries and $30.00 for virtual entries. Virtual participants are not eligible for overall or age group awards.
Participant benefits and awards include custom finisher medals, top finisher prizes for male and female overall, five-year age group prizes for top male and female in each age group, and prize drawings with participants and volunteers eligible. Registrations placed by Monday, November 16 include a long-sleeved T-shirt; shirts can be ordered separately after that date for delivery in early December.
All proceeds from the event support a memorial fund that provides scholarships and other assistance for Blue Water area runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
