Event Overview
The Philadelphia Marathon Weekend is a multi-race event scheduled for November 20-22, 2026. The event includes a marathon, a half marathon, an 8K race, and a children's run.

Course Information
The courses are USATF certified, and the marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier. The routes pass historic landmarks, through urban neighborhoods, and along Philadelphia’s waterfronts. Specific course highlights include Fairmount Park, the Schuylkill River, University City, Manayunk, and the historic district, finishing near the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The 8K course follows the banks of the Schuylkill River and Kelly Drive.
Challenges
Participants can undertake multi-race challenges: the Patriot Challenge (half marathon and 8K), Independence Challenge (marathon and 8K), Liberty Bell Challenge (marathon and half marathon), or the Freedom Challenge (marathon, half marathon, and 8K).
